How to Contact Us:
Please visit our Contact Us page and submit a ticket. A Riot Games support specialist will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Check Your Order Status:
You can find your order status on the Order Details page on the My Account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, you can still view your order status by using the Order Status lookup tool.

Retail Outlets:
We do not currently have a retail outlet for our product. The majority of products on this website were designed and produced exclusively for this store. A small selection of products may be made available for sale during official Esports events.

We do not offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts at this time.


Payment is captured at the time the order is placed. We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

We do not accept payment via money order, check, COD, or cash. We also cannot accept partial payments. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as Riot Games Merchandise.

If you see a duplicate charge on your statement, one is for the authorized amount that was held for your order prior to shipping. The duplicate charge will drop off in 2-8 business days.

Phone/Email Orders:
We cannot take orders over the phone or via email.

Order Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges:
While you cannot change an order after it has been placed, we allow for a 30 minute cancellation window before your order is sent for processing. After the cancellation window, items can be returned within 45 days for either a refund or store credit. You may place a new order online anytime for your desired item or size. Store Account:
Your League of Legends account is used as your Riot Merch store account. If you do not have an existing account, you can Create a New Account on the League of Legends website, or use the guest checkout option. Creating an account with us will enable you to easily view order history and check the status of your orders and returns. You can also create and share a wish list with others.

Unable to Add to Cart:
Please be sure that the item you are trying to add is in stock in your selected size. If the item is in stock and you cannot add it, please try to clear your cache and cookies, and refresh the product page. If this does not work, please Contact Us for help.

Site Errors:
If you experience an error while browsing in our store, please Contact Us so we can look into the issue. If possible, please provide error codes and screenshots of your experience.
